About Image Graphics
Image Graphics is a privately held company based in Shelton, CT.
Founded in 1974, the company has a long history developing imaging
solutions for government and commercial clients. The company's roots
are in creating high performance film recorders particularly for defense
related applications. The company continues to manufacture several
high resolution film recorders per year.
In order to diversify its product lines, IGI launched an information
processing and preservation services division in the mid 1990s. The fast
growing division is regarded among the industry leaders in microfilm
quality. It also has a strong technical consulting and document scanning
business to complement the recording business.
IGI services its film recorder systems and ancillary software out of its Shelton headquarters, and maintains
field service offices in Dallas, Denver, and Washington D.C.
