A Small Sample of IGI's work

Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA)

IGI provided the total business solution for mortgage processing.  We developed a comprehensive document management solution to allow storage, indexing, searching, and retrieval of CHFA's mission critical documents and archiving the digital data on e-Beam Film.  CHFA used to have to wait two days and pay $5 a document to retrieve important documents ranging from from mortgage closing records to Board meeting minutes to photographs for archival preservation.  Upon completion, IGI's system allowed CHFA's employees instantaneous access from a 100 seat network to all of its information and to preserve its digital data on microfilm.

IGI seamlessly integrated a combination of IGI's proprietary software, Microsoft SQL server, and Intertech's DocuPact Document Management package to make it easy for CHFA to access its data.  We also integrated and installed scan-stations, storage devices, and servers to handle over 100 gigabytes of information.  Finally, IGI scanned CHFA's backfiles so CHFA could access historical data and continues to run microfilm for their archival services.

PFP

The system allows PFP to scan life insurance policies and any supporting information such as the customer’s payroll deduction cards.  PFP also saves all electronic correspondence with the customers directly in the system. This can include e-mails, letters and notes from phone conversations.  IGI's custom software development augmented the Docutech software allows PFP's employees easier data entry and expansion of existing customer's accounts.
