Information Processing and Preservation Services

Image Graphics' information processing and preservation services division is a leader in providing conversion services for digital to microfilm, paper to digital, and digital to digital data.  We provide customers complete solutions, developing document management systems and outsourcing services for the paper to digital to microfilm document cycle.  We also provide a wide range of a la carte recording and scanning services.  You can see our data conversion center here.

Digital to Microfilm: IGI's e-Beam Film

The Image Graphics Recording Center converts digital data to superior quality e-Beam Film, the world's highest quality archival microfilm.  We serve clients across government, libraries, real estate, financial services, education, construction, medicine, and manufacturing.  We sell the services through our e-Beam Film Partners reseller channel.

Paper to Digital: IGI's SourceDoc® Services

With 8 high resolution scan stations, we scan and index paper documents and organize digital data on CDs and other media for clients across a wide range of industries, including real estate, banking, legal, and insurance companies.  We can handle everything from simple bulk scanning to detailed indexing of sophisticated legal, land use, and financial records.

Digital to Digital: Data Conversion Services

Even if your data is in digital format, often you need to convert the data from one format to another to prevent obsolescence or upgrade from a legacy system.  IGI's conversion center regularly converts digital data from one format to another.

Records Management Solutions

Our team of software engineers also design custom and turnkey imaging and document management solutions.  We have developed systems in financial services, real estate, legal, and government applications.
